What is your delivery fee? And why am I paying for delivery?
We charge delivery fees based on location.
For Gauteng, delivery fees are levied at R120.00 for door-to-door, while for all other provinces, delivery courier fees are levied at R160.00 for door-to-door.
We also offer FREE delivery for orders above R1500.00
Only one discount/promotion may qualify per order.
Other merchants may offer free delivery, but they just add the delivery price to each product they sell, resulting in you, the buyer, spending significantly more for delivery than you will with us.

How long does delivery take?
The delivery period varies depending on location:
- Gauteng takes 3 to 4 working days,
- Major Cities/Towns take 4 to 5 working days, and
- Remote Areas take 5 to 7 working days.
How do I track my Order?
Only when your order has been dispatched (left our warehouse) you will receive tracking information that includes both a tracking number and the courier details that will deliver your parcel.
How do I change my delivery address?
You must notify our support team prior to the order being delivered; if the product has been dispatched, your delivery will be delayed, and an extra delivery fee may be required to change the destination. (R20.00)
