Refund policy

Returns Policy:

  • We do not have a return policy unless the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault. In this case, the customer has 10 days after receipt of the item to request a return from Espriso.
  • In order to be legible for a return, the item needs to be in the same condition that it was received: Unworn, unused, & include all tags in its original packaging. Additionally, the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase will be required when logging a return.
  • To log a return please send an email to marketing2@espriso.co.za using your order number as the subject.

  • If the customer's return is accepted a new shipping label will be created, and instructions on how and when your order will be sent.
  • Items sent back to Espriso without following the returns procedure will not be accepted.
